Responsibility for the efficient and cost-effective administration, operations, and monitoring of local supply chain

  • Issuing of shipment documents and credit memos for Austria and CEE markets
  • In collaboration with central supply chain team, responsibility for proper management of inventory to ensure stock availability and suitable Working Capital & avoiding Write-Off's at the same time.
  • Provide key inputs for Outofstock reporting and maintain the availability report.
  • Responsible person for requesting import licences for Narcotics
  • ARA,Intrastat and Month End Reporting
Management of internal/external Partners

  • Manage relationship with 3PL for all supply chain activities
  • Responsible for management of local suppliers (demand planning, PO placement, delivery, invoicing)
  • Strong collaboration with all departments (primarily commercial, Finance, Quality) and provide updates during the operations meeting
  • Inform 3PL of incoming goods and ensure accurate purchasing
Cluster activities

  • Holiday cover for other markets
  • Seek process alignment and improvement in the cluster

Additional Job Description:

  • University Degree in Supply chain, Economics or Business or a comparable education
  • Strong analytical skills, handson mentality and agile
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes
  • Proactivity and willingness to drive change
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German and other Easten European Language advantageous
  • Team orientation, structured working approach and detail orientated.
  • Strong IT skills, and excellent understanding of ERP (Navision/SAP), MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills Business oriented, customer centric and highly motivated to serve our customers and patients
