Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)**:

_Responsibilities _:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following

  • Event management
  • Internal Events (Weekly Meetings, Brand Team Meetings, Cycle Meetings, internal Training Meetings)
  • External Commercial Events (Marketing and KAM-Events
  • Sponsoring
  • Including Speaker Tracker and FMV maintaining, contracting fees,
  • Invitations to congresses
  • Contracting and interface actions with compliance and finance
- for providing ordering/PO for 3rd Party Vendors/HCOs and HCPs

  • Content Lab
  • Creating invitations and materials, collaboration with external design centers and MOC for localisation of materials
  • Maintaining files in Content lab (approvals, expiries and reapprovals)
  • VEM (including Review and Tracking)
  • Internal Office Meetings and Appointments, Action Log
  • Miscellaneous (general administration)
  • A&P and PO tracking
  • Management Monitoring
  • Support in Third Party Training and xfunctionally PV-Training maintaining
  • Interface with Compliance in projectassociated requirements
  • Xfunctional administration support compliance requirements and guidelines
