Once you join us you will:

  • Be the principal software engineer in the team and guide your colleagues.
  • Work closely with a product owner and product designers to define and deliver a design roadmap.
  • Create technical designs and prepare architectural proposals for upcoming features.
  • Create high level estimations for features together with the team and play an active role in planning the roadmap as well as individual sprints.
  • Oversee the team's features development endtoend, incl. backend, frontend and QA.
  • Serve as the main contact person for technical issues within the team as well as for external stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the software development itself.

To fit this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years experience in Saas, frontend development.
  • Fluent in Vue(2&3), typescript, Tailwind and storybook.
  • Creativity in finding solutions for complex UI/UX problems.
  • Ability to plan, oversee and execute features from a technical perspective
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Motivation to constantly expand your knowledge in frontend development.
  • As a plus
  • Experience in building up and maintaining an inhouse design system.
  • Knowledge of German.
