Product Costing

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interface between payroll processes (external payroll vendor) and finance activities; close collaboration with stakeholders in BPA, FSC and HR.
• Act as Business partner to local, global stakeholders within finance and global operations center (GOC)
• Improvement of HR relevant processes with financial impact in order to increase transparency and ensure compliance as well as the operational conversion of Finance strategic goals

- actively manage and perform the period-end closing and reporting activities in accordance with laws and Sandoz required standards, including balance sheet account reconciliations of allocated accounts (Inventory relevant) to ensure all financial transactions are valid and accurate, otherwise ensure timely resolution and clean of overdue items identified

• Calculate and release TPCs (Total Product Costs) according to standards and procedures as well as identify potential savings.
• Actively contribute to the development of strategic longterm financial and business plans through the provision of accurate data and analysis.
• Ensure the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (internal and external Audits) and provide necessary information to internal and external auditors.
• Provide accurate operational information and advice to support decision making of business managers, e.g. financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, development of financial systems and audit.
• Provide wellmanaged and high quality financial analysis in order to support the business planning and forecasting process for HR related topics and alignment across the organization.

What you'll bring to the role:

• University degree in economics, business or equivalent.
• 34 years relevant experience in Finance, Data Management & Systems, Payroll, HR Process Management, Rewards and Benefits or equivalent.
• Experience in leading projects is an advantage.
• German and English fluent
• Good communication and networking skills.
• Handson mentality & team player.
• Ability to prioritize different tasks in a versatile environment.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.

For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,18/year (on a full time basis).
