Job Description

In Scalable's expanding Data Department, we're seeking developers for our new team "Data Integration & Management." This team plays a vital role in bringing data products, including machine learning models, into production. They also focus on developing software solutions to meet regulatory data-related requirements, acting as a crucial link between data, engineering, and legal departments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work as an engineer in an agile team within the dynamic data department
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other teams
  • Bring data products to production and drive real business impact
  • Develop software solutions to ensure regulatory compliance regarding data
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies and engage in modern software development practices
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on security

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
  • Proficient in Java/Kotlin or JavaScript (React), with Python knowledge as a bonus
  • Experience working in an engineering team
  • Skilled in developing code and infrastructure on AWS
  • Experience in complex software projects owning end-to-end Microservices
  • Interest in data projects and data-driven business applications
  • Previous exposure to Google Tag Manager and Consent Management is advantageous
  • Good communication skills, proficient in English, with a positive outlook and sense of humor
  • Interest in FinTech industry
