**Die Stelle**:
Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n Labour Law Intern für unser Inhouse Labour Law Team am Standort Wien, befristet bis Ende November 2024. Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, in einem fachkompetenten Team umfassende Einblicke in die abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten in einem Konzern zu erhalten.

**Aufgaben & Zuständigkeiten**:

- Einführung in die rechtliche Recherche und Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung zu arbeits-, sozial
- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen in einem Konzern
- Unterstützung bei Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Betriebsvereinbarungen, Richtlinien, Guidance und SOPs
- Unterstützung bei der Überarbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Vorlagen und Schulungen
- Erlernen des Erstellens von juristischen Texten in englischer Sprache
- Erlernen der Handhabung von MS Office Programmen in der betrieblichen Praxis (zB Anwendung von Collaboration Tools im Konzern, Umfragetools)

**Anforderungen**:

- Laufendes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht mit guten Studienleistungen (erfolgreiche Absolvierung der Prüfung/des Moduls Arbeitsrechts von Vorteil)
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-On Mentalität
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 35.888,30 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit), wobei das tatsächliche Gehalt Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen sowie Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen berücksichtigt.
