Currently, we are offering the opportunity for enthusiastic candidates to step into the exciting world of leasing. Come aboard as a Junior Customer Support Specialist in the leasing business at Raiffeisen Landesbank Vorarlberg.

Your main responsibilities:

• Personal development towards becoming a product expert - work closely with your mentor to understand the market, develop a solid understanding of customer needs, and grasp the competitive advantages of our products
• Supporting selected Raiffeisen banks and customers in Vorarlberg
• Maintaining regular customer contact (in-person or virtually) including network maintenance
• Active involvement in sales strategies

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of leasing products
• Initial work experience in sales roles and a background in business studies is beneficial
• Team player - ability to inspire others
• Charismatic, acquisition-driven, and proactive personality
• Strong communication and social skills

Starting date: Immediate

For this position, a minimum annual salary of EUR 45,000,- including overtime is ensured.
