The security of our IT functions and the protection of our digital assets are top priorities. We are currently seeking an IT Manager for the Security Operation Center to join our team.

Job Description
  • Security Operations Processes: Support security incident response efforts, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Manage security assessments and vulnerability management processes.
  • Security Operations Projects: Oversee projects within the Security Operations team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate across teams to integrate security projects into broader business initiatives.
  • Security Operations Services: Contribute to designing security services for operational efficiency. Shape processes, enhance security posture, and adapt procedures proactively.
Qualifications
  • IT education with a focus on security or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum five years of digital security experience
  • English proficiency required, German language skills advantageous
  • Interest in leveraging new technologies to enhance Security Operations capabilities
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating security risks
Additional Information

Minimum salary per collective agreement: EUR 2,229 gross per month. Our compensation package exceeds this minimum and is market-oriented.
