Intermodal Service Employee

As a service Employee in our Intermodal department, you are the contact person for intermodal transport solutions - both for our external business partners and for our in-house dispatchers.
You will also strengthen relationships with our existing partners and thus expand our network.After completing your training, you will be independently responsible for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of all intermodal transport within your area.
YOUR TASK:
- Independent planning and scheduling of our customers' transport orders
- Reliable coordination of the smooth running of transport operations
- Contact person and interface for internal company departments
- Regular dialogue with contracted service providers and customers
- Strengthening and expanding the intermodal network
- Ensuring quality, both internally and externally
- Your strengths and qualifications
YOUR STRENGHTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- You have good German and English language skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You have graduated school or completed education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field,
- You have knowledge of intermodal transport
- Standard use of MS Office
- You are communicative and have a strong assertiveness
- You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and multicultural team
- You are committed, flexible and take ownership for your tasks and region

Das Jahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt € brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
