**Aufgabenbereiche**:
Selbstständige Zoll-, Export
- und Importabwicklung inkl. professioneller Kooperation mit Zollbehörden und Speditionen
Erstellung zollrelevanter Dokumente gemäß Anforderung und Definition von Prozessabläufen
Optimierung von Materialflüssen und Zolltarifen
Sicherstellung der Importverzollungen und Exportabfertigungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen (Zoll, Lieferanten und Kunden)
Einreihung der Waren in den Zolltarif und Ursprungsermittlung
Erstellung von Ursprungsnachweisen
Überwachung und Einhaltung der zollrechtlichen Anforderungen und Bewilligungsauflagen
Durchführung von Präferenzberechnungen für interne Produkte
Interne und externe fachliche Ansprechperson im Bereich Zollwesen
Interne Trainings zu Elementen der Zollprozesse und -verfahren
Übernahme von fachspezifischen Projekten
Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Zoll / Logistik / Spedition / Export)
Umfassende Kenntnisse lokaler, europäischer und globaler Zollsysteme
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zollwesen und im Export eines produzierenden Unternehmens
Fundiertes und praktisches Anwendungswissen im Warenursprungs
- und Präferenzrecht
Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
Gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B2)
Dienstleistungsorientierte, gewissenhafte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
