Takeda is looking for a talented MES Designer to join their team in Vienna. As an MES Designer, you will be responsible for creating, validating, troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with global suppliers to support operational colleagues.

About the Role:

The MES team handles the creation, validation, changes, troubleshooting, collaboration with global suppliers, and supports operational colleagues with modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create electronic master production records in MES
  • Validation and verification
  • Close collaboration with interfaces: production, quality, validation, and IT
  • Support for electronic MBRs in routine operations
  • Change control and CAPA management
  • Hypercare and support for operational colleagues
Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of MES, preferably with PAS-X experience
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Ideally suitable education: e.g., pharmacy, IT
  • Analytical thinking, initiative, independent and structured way of working
  • Team spirit, service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills
  • Passion and interest in pharmaceutical processes and IT
  • Excellent German and English language skills
What We Offer:

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 3,909.67 gross/month (full-time, collective agreement chemical industry). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
