Deine Aufgaben
- Du erarbeitest eine übergreifende interne Kommunikationsstrategie für unsere Standorte in DACH und Kroatien und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um
- Du steuerst unsere internen Kommunikationsprozesse, -tools und -kanäle und entwickelst diese ständig weiter
- Du bringst dich in die allgemeinen Aufgaben der Unternehmenskommunikation ein, verantwortest den gesamten Redaktionsprozess, verfasst zielgruppenspezifische Texte und hast Ideen für unsere Kanäle und neue Formate
- Du hilfst in unserem ständig wachsenden Unternehmen die wichtigen Themen für die Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte zu identifizieren und diese in einen transparenten Informationsfluss zu gießen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner und Berater des IBM iX Leadership Teams in Düsseldorf, Österreich und Kroatien für strategische interne Kommunikationsfragen
- Du unterstützt andere Teams und Abteilungen hinsichtlich passender Kommunikationsflows und Corporate Language und stellst das übergreifende Quality Gate für jegliche interne Kommunikation dar
- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement und die Umsetzung von Projekten der internen Kommunikation und begleitest den Change kommunikativ mit

Deine Fähigkeiten
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation oder Business Administration
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich interne Kommunikation
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, denkst zielgruppenspezifisch und kannst deine Ideen sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich mit Leichtigkeit formulieren
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und besitzt die Fähigkeit zu priorisieren
- Du bist durchsetzungsstark und stehst für deine Standpunkte ein
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Prozesse und Projekte und setzt diese strukturiert und proaktiv um
- Für dich sind Kreativität und strategisches Denken kein Widerspruch, sondern eine logische Ergänzung
- Du beherrscht Deutsch fließend sowie Englisch verhandlungssicher
