Das Team Infrastructure & Tools trägt die inhaltliche und finanzielle Verantwortung für Entwicklung und Betrieb des gesamten Portfolios von Datacenter Lösungen im jeweiligen thematischen Fokusbereich von ihrer Entstehung bis hin zum eventuellen Ausscheiden aus dem Markt. Das Team ist zuständig für die Konzeption und die Umsetzung der Produktstrategie und der Produktentwicklung und erstellt in Abstimmung mit Product Operations und dem Procurement Business‐Cases, Angebote und Ausschreibungen. Product Manager verantworten die Erfülung der Service Level Agreements, der geplanten Budgets und Business‐Cases, sowie den Produkt Lebenszyklus.
Das Team Infrastructure & Tools verantwortet die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von "Out‐of‐the‐Shelf" Infrastruktur‐Lösungen inkl. PaaS, IaaS, Netzwerk, Virtualisierungslösungen im Datacenter, Middleware und Datenbanken sowie Tools für Security, Logging, Monitoring als auch die ITSM-Suite.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von kundenorientierten Produkten im Themenbereich IT-Servicemanagement und Facility-Management (Roadmap, Releaseplanung, Lifecycle, Produktkalkulation)
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung der ITSM-Kostenstellen
- Auftraggeber:in für Produktentwicklungen, Projekte und Betrieb (intern)
- Durchführung von Service-Reviews mit internen und externen Kunden, sowie Marktanalysen
- Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams aus Spezialistinnen/Spezialisten unterschiedlicher Bereiche
- Enge abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Businesspartnermanagement und Betrieb
- Betreuung der fachlichen Inhalte von Ausschreibungen bei EU weiten Vergabeverfahren
Sie bringen mit
- Abgeschlossene höhere techn. Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI) mit Schwerpunkt IT
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Breites Grundwissen in den Bereichen Infrastructure & Tools (speziell: ITIL-Zertifizierung oder vergleichbares, Basiswissen zu ITSM-Lösungen wie z.B.: Remedy, ServiceNow von Vorteil, Basiswissen zu Facility-Management Lösungen)
- Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke Kunden und Serviceorientierung
- Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird ein Jahreszielgehalt ab EUR 73.907;
- brutto all in angeboten. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
