- **Operations Controller (m/w/d)** unterstützen Sie den Finance Manager sowie operative Führungskräfte in kaufmännischen und administrativen Belangen und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Abläufe und Ergebnisse bei.

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, Studium z.B. BWL oder Controlling...)
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie kommunikative Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office Kentnisse (insb. Excel und Power Point)
- Hohe Teamkompetenz
**DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS**:
- Erstellen und Vorbereitung von Ad-Hoc Analysen und Auswertungen
- Mitarbeit in der Budgetplanung und bei Forecasts
- Maßnahmensetzung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und deren Erfolgskontrolle
- Monatliche Ergebniskontrolle
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung der Fakturierung sowie Sicherstellung der Qualität der Kostenzuordnung
- Übernahme diverser administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben, um die Erreichung der bereichsinternen Ziele zu unterstützen
- Schnittstelle innerhalb der unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
- Der Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.000,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.**BENEFITS**:
