Internship (f/m/x) - Innovation Management (38.

  • Organizational Innovation is working at the pulse of the latest innovation & transformation activities of the Raiffeisen Bank International. Our goal is to help RBI to be an organization that systematically innovates. Your role with us on the team:

  • Gain insights about the latest innovation initiatives & programs within the HO and our CEE network banks
  • Support the innovation ecosystem development and thereby learn more about innovation management techniques & methods
  • Possibility to assist in particular innovation topics
  • Experience & practice different agile and innovation management tools
  • Interact & collaborate with multiple stakeholders involved in innovation activities including Business Lines, IT, Operations and HR
  • Prepare, facilitate & document workshops and meetings
  • Handle different administrative activities (meeting scheduling and coordination, etc.)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a graduate/postgraduate university program
  • Has an interest in innovation management
  • Ideally has first working experience in corporate environment or startup scene
  • Is familiar with project management methods and approaches
  • Has good working knowledge of MS Office; advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Has an independent workstyle, innovative mindset, flexibility & proactivity
  • Has a Teamplayer mentality with a strong focus on collaboration and transparency
  • Is fluent in both written/spoken English, CEE language and/or German is a plus
