**DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE**:

- Du setzt Maßstäbe im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards in der Produkt
- und Prozessverbesserung
- Lenkung von Qualitäts-/Compliance-Aktivitäten für F&E-Projekten, während der Entwicklungsphasen und des Produkttransfers von der F&E in die Wertschöpfung
- Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung als Experte in der Anwendung von qualitätsbezogenen Entwicklungswerkzeugen und -methoden
- Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsstandards während des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Internes Schnittstellenmanagement und fachlicher Support zur Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des bestehenden Claim Managements
- Durchführung von Schulungen zur Unterstützung des Qualitätsbewusstseins und zur Sicherstellung der Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

**DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (TU/FH/HTL) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarem
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder als Quereinsteiger mit technischem Hintergrund in der Technik/F&E, Fertigung mit Projekterfahrung.
- Zertifizierte Qualifikation im Bereich Qualitäts
- & Prozessmanagement von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden (z.B: FMEA, 8D Reports, etc.) wünschenswert
- Teamfähig, genaues Arbeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Unternehmerische und betriebswirtschaftliche Denkweise
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft national und international (max. 15%)
