Wir suchen als Ergänzung für unser 18-köpfiges Team in Wien einen** Finance Specialist **(**m/w/d) in Teilzeit,** der/die für die ordnungsgemäße Buchführung, die steuerliche Compliance und die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen verantwortlich ist.

**Deine Challenge**:

- Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe / Prüfung der Buchungen
- Erstellung von monatlichen Rückstellungen / Kontenabstimmung
- Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und -ausgänge
- Mahnwesen
- Erstellung von Einkaufsaufträgen über das zentrale Einkaufstool in Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Shared-Services Center in München und dem externen Steuerberater
- Erstellung/Überwachung des Budgets in Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Controlling Abteilung
- Steuerliches Meldewesen (UVA, ZM,...) sowie Meldungen an Statistik Austria
- Zusammenarbeit mit den externen Steuerberatern
- Vertretung Office Management

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Steuer
- und Handelsrecht (IFRS ist ein plus)
- Perfekte Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse von Microsoft Navision von Vorteil
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.

Für diese Position bieten wir ein kollektivvertragliches Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 2.543,30 (Basis Vollzeit) mit der Bereitschaft zu Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation sowie einen variablen Gehaltsanteil in Form einer jährlichen Prämie abhängig von der persönlichen und unternehmerischen Performance.
