**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Du agierst als (technische) Schnittstellte zwischen Recycler, Kunden und Produktion
- Der Aufbau von Netzwerken und Kooperationen innerhalb der Recyclingindustrie liegt bei dir, zudem vernetzt du dich in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit und Kreislaufwirtschaft
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erweiterung des Kundenportfolios für die Sammlung unserer Produkte für bestehende Kunden im Händler
- und Endkundenbereich
- Zudem identifizierst du potenzielle Endkunden für die Sammlung von Umfreifungsbändern
- Vertriebsaktivitäten gehören zu deinem Business - der Fokus liegt auf Mitteleuropa
- Du entwickelst eine Vertriebsstrategie für better.collect (Kreislaufwirtschaft) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO sowie eine Marktanalyse für die Sammlung von Umreifungsbändern
- Du beteiligst dich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen (CO2, Nachhaltigkeit, Kreislaufwirtschaft) im Markt, z. B. auf Messen

**So überzeugen Sie uns**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im technischen Bereich, sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Umwelt & Nachhaltigkeit, Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoff
- Erfahrung im Bereich (Kunststoff-)Recycling sowie gute Vernetzung und bestehende Kontakte in der Branche
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft von ca %
- Du bist durchsetzungsstark, hast Freude an der Technik sowie im Vertrieb, versteht auch betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und hast ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten
