Aufgaben
  • In deiner Rolle als Trainer für KNAPP ist es deine Aufgabe internationale Schulungen von Kunden und neuen Mitarbeiter:innenim Customer Service durchzuführen
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ihrer Weiterentwicklung und verstehst es deine Schulungsteilnehmer zu begeistern
  • Du interessierst dich für automatisierte Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf einem der folgenden Themengebiete:
  • Wartung und Reparatur
  • SPS-Steuerungen und Bus-Systeme
  • Computergesteuerte Maschinen und Netzwerke
  • Internationale Reisen bieten dir Abwechslung in deinem Arbeitsalltag
  • Durch dein aktives Feedback und deinem Input zu Schulungskonzepten, Schulungsunterlagen und E-Learnings leistest du einen essenziellen Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung und -steigerung der Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Die Durchführung von Wartungen und Inbetriebnahmen zur eigenen Weiterbildung runden deinen Einsatzbereich ab

Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, )
  • Je nach Themengebiet verfügst du über
  • gute mechatronische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen oder
  • gute SPS-Kenntnisse in TIA Portal und/oder Step7 oder
  • gute Kenntnisse über Netzwerke und Linux Grundkenntnisse
  • Du konntest bereits praktische Erfahrungen in der Montage, Wartungstechnik oder Inbetriebsetzung sammeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Eine abgeschlossene Trainerausbildung bzw. Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen sind von Vorteil. Begriffe wie E-Learning, Blended-Learning und Webinare sind für dich keine Fremdwörter
  • Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge leicht verstehen und an unsere Fachkräfte von morgen verständlich vermitteln

Wir bieten

Wir bieten dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsprogramme sowie die Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team, in dem die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Ideen willkommen sind. Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto3.219,17 pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
