Unser eingespieltes Team unter der Leitung von Unit Managerin Bosiljka sucht einen engagierten Operating Manager Retail. In dieser Schlüsselposition vervollständigst du das Kaderteam, lebst die Führungsrolle aktiv vor und trägst so massgeblich zum Erfolg bei.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Retail.
  • Du führst und motivierst ein engagiertes Verkaufsteam .
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Front und bedienst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit Leidenschaft.
  • Du managst die Bestände und kümmerst dich um das Bestellwesen.
  • Das Umsetzen und Sicherstellen der Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften stellt für dich kein Problem dar.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Unit Managerin in diversen Bereichen: Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe, Personalplanung, Durchführung von internen Schulungen, etc

Profil
  • Auf dich ist jederzeit Verlass
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Detailhandel und verfügst idealerweise über eine zusätzliche Weiterbildung.
  • Du hast einige Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf und konntest bereits fundierte Führungserfahrungen sammeln.
  • Du bist eine kommunikationsfreudige, motivierte und dynamische Persönlichkeit.
  • Du hast eine saubere und organisierte Arbeitsweise, sowie immer den Durchblick.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch (jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil)
  • Du bist mobil und besitzt ein Auto.
