We are looking to recruit an exercise on referral coordinator to undertake the co-ordination of the Exercise on Referral Scheme across 2/3 leisure facilities (SpArC Bishop's Castle, Church Stretton Leisure Centre, Much Wenlock Leisure Centre)
To undertake the delivery of the Exercise on Referral Scheme giving initial fitness inductions, progress reviews, supervising client's physical activities and carrying out pre and post assessments.
To Support the delivery of the programme of exercise referral and physical activity for adults with long-term health conditions, disabilities, or other needs across our leisure facilities.
