  • Administrative Unterstützung des wissenschaftlichen Institutspersonals durch allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten (wie Postwesen, Ablage und Korrespondenz, Terminvereinbarung)
  • Betreuung der Institutshomepage
  • Lehrveranstaltungs
- und Prüfungsadministration

  • Studierendenbetreuung
  • Koordination mit anderen universitären Abteilungen

  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen

Your Qualifications:

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit dem PC, insb. mit Standardsoftware (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse: Rechtschreibung und Grammatik (Niveaustufe C2), gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveaustufe B1)
  • Selbstständige gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, nachgewiesen durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Gutes Auftreten
  • Kommunikations
- und Organisationsgeschick

  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, vor allem bezüglich der am Institut eingesetzten Spezial-Software
