Thesis - Embedded Real Time Smart Illuminance Sensor im Automotivbereich ADAS/AD

Wir haben eine Abschlussarbeit zu vergeben, die sich mit Fahrerassistenzsystemen (ADAS) und autonomem Fahren (AD) befasst und wie Umwelt- und Wetterbedingungen die Wahrnehmung beeinflussen. Ein wichtiges Thema ist Niederschlag (Regen, Schnee, Hagel, Gischt), aber auch einer der schwierigsten Parameter bei fahrenden Fahrzeugen. Es soll ein Konzept für ein kombiniertes optisches Sensorsystem zur Bestimmung von Lichtverhältnissen und Niederschlag entwickelt und integriert werden.

ERWARTUNGEN:

  • Erfassung der Elektronik- und Softwareanforderungen für einen integrierten Illuminance & Precipitation Sensor
  • Entwicklung eines Prototypen basierend auf einer bestehenden HW Plattform (STM32): Lichtmessung: Ambient Light Sensoren (ALS) + UV Sensor(en) + GPS Niederschlagsmessung: IR LED(s) + Photodetektor(en) + Optik + Signalmodulation/-auswertung Auxiliaries: Spannungsversorgung + CAN + optional: Konditionierung (Heizung)
  • Inbetriebnahme des Prototyps/Messsystems im Labor (Standort Graz)
  • Evaluierung und Validierung der Laborergebnisse am Fahrzeug oder im Feld

ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Aktives Studium in Elektronik/Elektrotechnik, Elektronische Sensorsysteme, Telematik, Computer Engineering, Physik oder ähnliches
  • Grundkenntnisse in Embedded SW Programming (C/C++), Schaltungsdesign & PCB Layout (Altium), und Optik
  • Kenntnisse über STM32, MatLab/Python, Signal-/Datenauswertung, AI/ML von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; für Labortätigkeiten vor Ort in Graz erforderlich
