Als Trainee in unserem Backend Department bei NETCONOMY erwirbst du Wissen und praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung moderner Web-Lösungen. Dabei wirst du proaktiv von deinen erfahrenen Kolleg:innen unterstützt.

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Du bekommst Einblicke in den Projektalltag eines Softwareentwicklers und wirst agile Methoden wie SCRUM kennenlernen
• Sammeln erster praktischer Erfahrung indem du Aufgaben und kleine Projekte im Rahmen der Ausbildung in einer geschützten Lernumgebung übernimmst
• Gestaltung optimaler technischer Lösungswege und die zugehörige Dokumentation
• Umgang mit modernen Java Technologien und Frameworks
• Umgang mit etablierten Frameworks und Plattformen wie Spring und SAP Commerce
• Anwendung von Best Practices der Softwareentwicklung und -designs
• Modellierung und Optimierung von Datenbanken
• Dabei wirst du proaktiv von erfahrenen Coaches und In-House Trainer:innen unterstützt

As trainee in our Backend Department at NETCONOMY, you will gain knowledge and practical experience in creating modern web solutions. In this process, you will be proactively supported by your experienced colleagues.

What will you do?

• Gain insights into the daily business of a software developer on a project and learn about agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
• Gain your first practical experience by taking over tasks and small projects as part of the training in a protected learning environment
• Specify and design optimal technical solutions and take care of documentation
• Work with modern Java technologies and frameworks
• Work with established frameworks and platforms like Spring and SAP Commerce
• Use good practices of the software development process and software design
• Do database modelling and optimization
• You will be proactively supported by our experienced coaches and in-house trainers

• Kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium oder in der finalen Phase (z.B. im IT Bereich, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
• Leidenschaft für die Softwareentwicklung und Web-Technologien
• Interesse an IT Projekten und agilen Frameworks
• Kommunikative Persönlichkeit die es mag eigenständig aber auch im Team zu arbeiten
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in English (mind. B2 Niveau)
• Aufgeschlossene Einstellung mit Neugier und dem Wunsch zu Lernen

• A recent graduate or in the final phase of their studies (e.g. IT related, Business Informatics)
• Passionate about software development and web technologies
• Interest in IT projects and agile frameworks
• Communicative personality who likes working autonomously as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
• Curious mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow

• 3-monatiges bezahltes Praktikum bei NETCONOMY
• Vollzeit / 5 Tage-Woche

Hinweis gemäß 9 Abs. 2 GlBG: Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ab. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir allen Mitarbeiter:innen ein intern vergleichbares Gehalt bieten. Das Mindest-Grundgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 1.461 Brutto / Monat bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Note in accordance with 9 Abs. 2 GlBG: The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. The minimum monthly salary is € 1.461 gross/month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.
