Life as a Digital Art Director:

We are searching for a skilled Digital Art Director with a deep passion and expertise in crafting engaging digital brand designs and user experiences. You will be the guiding force behind the visual aspects of campaigns and brand evolution, taking on the role of a hands-on designer responsible for creating innovative design solutions.

In a fast-paced and dynamic team setting, you will thrive and bring a positive, proactive approach. Your ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously while consistently producing fresh and original ideas to meet the diverse digital requirements of our clients is essential.

Your capability to deliver a compelling vision, direct photoshoots to capture perfect images, and effectively communicate your concepts to 3D artists is crucial. Collaboration with copywriters to shape brand voice is also a key aspect of the role.


Your strong opinions enable you to contribute effectively while remaining open to feedback from team members and clients, striking a balance between advocating for your ideas and being flexible. Efficient time management and leadership in guiding other designers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion are part of your strengths.


Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design various brand experiences with a focus on user-centered content, brand design, and online campaigns across digital touchpoints (social channels).
  • Conduct client presentations and nurture internal relationships.
  • Support design vision and strategy, develop visual image languages and design approaches, as well as systems.
  • Articulate design sensibilities, ensuring meticulous attention to detail for impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate in a highly interactive environment with our team and clients on diverse digital projects.
  • Create designs for a wide range of global clients, ranging from startups to established global brands.
  • Showcase an exceptional digital brand design portfolio.
  • Display enthusiasm and curiosity for new technologies, tools, design, and digital trends.
  • Possess over 5 years of experience in digital design.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to comprehend briefs and strategies, offering effective solutions to complex challenges.
  • Show passion for all design aspects, including conceptual thinking, visual design, and motion design.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Proficient in prototyping tools like After Effects or Figma, and adept in leading industry design software.
  • Enjoy collaborating with international clients and within a global team.
  • Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
