This is what your new job looks like:
  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our Professional Services team in Vienna with a total of 6 employees in the areas of project management and consulting.
  • You have a very good overview of the team, act as a competent manager and recognize the skills of your individual team members in order to be able to challenge and support them accordingly.
  • You create clear and effective communication, can motivate and inspire your colleagues to give their best and thus achieve the defined goals.
  • In addition, in your role as project manager, you will manage projects independently and be responsible for time, budget, quality and, of course, customer satisfaction.

  • You already have (several years of) professional and management experience in the IT project environment and have completed IT training.
  • You are convincing with your engaging and empathetic personality, create great trust and are the "rock in the surf" for your team.
  • You are very structured, have a strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working.
  • Your excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with your assertiveness, enable you to quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
