**Ihre Aufgabe**
**Profil**:* Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen (oder gleichwertig)
- Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse mit externer Zertifizierung (PMI oder gleichwertig)* Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung und Konstruktion als leitender Fachingenieur
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Managementfunktion.* Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Vertragswesen und im Umgang mit Budgets* Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Chemieanlagenbau (bev. Polymerisation)
- Arbeitserfahrung in einem multikulturellen Umfeld* Effizienter Teamplayer mit Führungsqualität
- Motivator und Coach* Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Dienstreisen
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis* Zielformulierung und Problemlösung
- Durchsetzungsfähig und umsetzungsstark

**Ihr Profil**
Aufgaben:

- Stellvertreter des Projektleiters
- Führung und Koordination der Projektmitarbeiter
- Erstellen einer Kompetenzmatrix für das Projektmanagementteam
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Beteiligten die notwendigen Dokumente und Informationen erhalten
- Führung des und Koordination mit dem Engineering Contractor
- Monitoring der technischen Budgets und Zeitpläne
- Führung des Änderungsmanagementsystems und Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen
- Wöchentliche Aktualisierung und Nachverfolgung der Bedarfsliste
- Implementierung der Projektabschlussdokumentation und Nachverfolgung
- Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
- Fortschrittsbesprechungen und Überwachung des Gesamtfortschritts
- Teilnahme an den nötigen Audits
- Kontinuierlich Risikobewertung
- Compliance mit HSE-Design-Konferenz, HSE-Design-Überprüfungen im Laufe des Projekts
- Compliance mit der Fertigstellung und Aktualisierung der HAZOP-Studien und der Teilnahme an Sitzungen
- Compliance mit der Fertigstellung und Aktualisierung der SIL-Klassifizierungsstudien und der Teilnahme an Sitzungen
- Genehmigung aller Kaufaufträge im Rahmen der Budgets, der Änderungsaufträge und der Rechnungen
