Events Coordinator (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You will be responsible for independently planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, ensuring smooth operations on event days
  • In addition, you will handle the administration such as preparing presentations and conducting post-event activities (reporting, analysis of success)
  • You will also coordinate the law firm's social media activities
  • You will act as the main point of contact for external service providers and coordinate external communication activities
  • Together with the marketing team, you will develop and successfully implement marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Your creativity will be utilized in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters
  • You will assist in managing Legal Directories
  • Due to our internationality, you will handle written correspondence in both German and English

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • You have completed training (HAK, HBLA, university) in Event Management and/or Marketing or possess equivalent professional experience
  • You have prior experience organizing events and are passionate about the aforementioned tasks
  • You have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and are proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • You demonstrate strong service orientation, a hands-on mentality, and are a team player
  • You thrive in an international environment and are highly proficient in German (C1) and English (B2)
