Management Assistant to CEO

Your future responsibilities:

  • Contact person for the management team, especially for CEO and CTO, in terms of all administrative and organizational inquiries (including calendar and travel coordination, correspondence with external partners ).
  • Support the preparation, and followup of meetings and events, such as SAL Supervisory Board meetings, SAL General Assembly etc.
  • Information and communication interface between CEO, CTO and division managers as well as to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office management (administrative activities such as correspondence, document management, taking minutes, organizational support of the management team).
  • Preparation of statistics, management reports and presentation documents for the management team.
  • Independent processing of various technical and organizational topics and projects.

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • Selfmotivated, accurate and structured working style.
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability and absolute discretion are prerequisites.
  • Strong communication skills, and diplomatic personality, as well as a confident appearance.
  • Excellent knowledge of German, as well as very good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
  • Experience in research and development is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
