Role Description

We are in search of a skilled Key Account Manager interested in promoting our VR products to offer customers a distinctive learning opportunity. Join us in setting new industry standards for VR simulation and collaborate with a dynamic and driven team composed of experts in psychology, storytelling, and software development.

Responsibilities
  • Expand customer base
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients (focusing on the top 500 global Pharma and Life Science Corporations) and assist them in their implementations
  • Explain both the conceptual and technical aspects of the solution
  • Take a leading role in trade shows and other relevant industry gatherings
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS
  • Establish trust with current clients as a go-to consultant
  • Participate actively in specialized events like the PDA
  • Collaborate closely with the global teams of your clients and Innerspace
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing facilities
  • Background in Pharma/Life Science is beneficial although not mandatory
  • Drive to rapidly gain expertise in the field
  • Readiness to travel to customer and partner locations across the US
