To support our Accounting, Tax & Corporate Reporting Department we are searching forimmediate appointment:

Group External Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)


The person holding this position is jointly responsible for the closing process, the legal consolidation as well as preparing internal and external reports.

In addition, the person supports external reporting and all regulatory parts to be published in the annual report in close cooperation with Investor Relations and Group Sustainability.

Your Tasks

  • Review of reporting packages and notes delivered by local entities
  • Support local finance organizations during the closing process (consult preclose activities)
  • Create consolidated financial statements
  • Equity Reconciliation (incl. OCI statement)
  • Cash Flow Calculation
  • Preparation of consolidated notes and align these with consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare report for Vienna Stock Exchange and provide to IR team for merging to setup final external report
  • Responsibility for reviewing financial statements and reporting packages: perform completeness checks, data validation, variance analysis
Your Profile

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Finance/Accounting or any other relevant studies
  • 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field (reporting, controlling, )
  • Excellent skills with MS Office
  • High ITaffinity
Good skills with SAP

  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS
  • Excellent English skills
  • Intercultural skills and open mindset
  • Experience in managing complexity and deriving the right conclusions
  • Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal and external (official) stakeholders
