**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Termin
- / Kapazitäts
- Controlling
- Abweichungsanalyse zu Projektplan und Erstellen von Aufholplänen
- Entwicklung und pflegen von Detailplanungen mit der Produktion und der zugehörige Materialabruf
- Koordinierung der Materialverfügbarkeit und Logistik auch Werksübergreifend
- Umsetzen von Planaufträgen, Freigabe und Kontrolle der Rückmeldungen
- Auftragserstellung für ungeplante Tätigkeiten und Reparaturen
- Verantwortung für SAP-Schnittstellen und berichten der entsprechenden KPIs
- SAP-Stammdaten für Logistik und Beschaffung anlegen/optimieren
- Ersatzteilabwicklung mit SAP via SD Modul
- Aktives Einbringen in den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Maschinenbau/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen MTL, HTL/Bachelor/FH od. HAK mit technischem Werdegang)
- Umgang mit ERP Systemen im speziellen SAP
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office besonders Excel (Pivot, S-Verweis, Makro)
- Kenntnisse VBA coding von Vorteil (Excel, MS- Project, SAP)
- Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position von Vorteil und Produkt
- und Prozesskenntnisse im Schienenfahrzeugbau / Maschinenbau
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean Methoden von Vorteil (Six Sigma)
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations
- und Koordinationsvermögen

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag €3.018,28 brutto/Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung, 14 Mal jährlich. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und/oder Qualifikation möglich.
