Warehouse Lead

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the warehouse activities in an efficient way and in alignment with production, material requirement planning and order fulfillment team.
  • Responsible for and follow on HSE topics in the Warehouse.
  • Monitoring of the GMP Compliance in daytoday operations.
  • Ensure to meet budget goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement of key warehouse metrics.
  • Participate in discussions and alignment on capacity requirements planning and inbound planning.
  • Prepare, monitor and followup on audits and inspections.
  • Drive and foster people development and talent management, ensure proper development of logistics associates.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 7 years professional experience in warehousing, material management or supply chain management.
  • Experienced in leading large teams and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent command of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Broad knowledge (minimum 5 Years) in core process of ERP Systems, SAP preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of safety and compliance Management.
  • Experience with Authorities inspections.
  • Multicultural experience and experience in similar positions.

Desirable requirements:

Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.

For this position the minimum salary is € 73,112.90/year (on a full time basis).

In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
