What you will enjoy doing
- In this role you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of an engineering organization with a large number of employees
- Technical support of customer projects along all project phases as well as planning and coordination of the individual subprojects including their interfaces belong to your tasks
- You will ensure adherence to deadlines for individual work packages while adhering to the objectives of costs and quality and coordinate project teams during project implementation
- In addition you will ensure compliance with compliance guidelines, legal requirements and standards and take care of the personnel and departmental development regarding current and future requirements
- You are interested in design of good, effective communication and coordination within the department, internal interfaces, suppliers and customers
- Further you will provide support for all comprehensive customer problems and customer projects and occasional support of sales in meetings and negotiations with customer
- We expect someone who encourages, motivates and coaches staff with a strong commitment to Linde values and spirit
What makes you great
- You have successfully completed studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams for the consistent implementation of project specifications and the optimal promotion of each individual team member is crucial
- Technical expertise for project planning and support and a high sense of safety, quality and responsibility together with high communication and team skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills describe you well
- You appreciate independent working and decisionmaking and possess a high degree of resilience, flexibility and social competence
- Clear and structured communication in German and English are taken for granted
