**Job description**:
Die ILF als unabhängiges Ingenieursunternehmen hat den Bereich des Management Consulting reorganisiert und interdisziplinäre Teams an den Standorten Wien, Innsbruck, München und Dubai geschaffen, die den Schwerpunkt auf Transaktionen und PPP/Konzessionen in den Hauptgeschäftsfeldern der ILF legen. Aufgrund des Wachstums bedarf es der weiteren Unterstützung im Team.

In der Rolle haben Sie die Möglichkeit in einem wachsenden Team mitzuwirken sowie als Teammitglied im Management und Beratung für öffentliche wie private Kunden aktiv zu werden, um diese bei der Entscheidungsfindung unterstützen zu können.
- Unterstützung des Managements und der Gruppenleitung im Bereich der Projektadministration, Geschäftsentwicklung, Marketing und Kommunikation
- Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung und Gruppen in allen Tätigkeiten der Akquisition und Abwicklung von Beratungsmandaten
- Unterstützung im Projektmanagement und in der Informationsverwaltung
- Tatkräftiges Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und von Arbeitsmethoden
- Aktualisierung/Verbesserung der sich in Anwendung befindenden Arbeitsabläufen und zugehörigen Vorlagen im Microsoft Umfeld, z.B. Aufsetzen von Datenplattformen, Erstellen von Abläufen, Programmieren mit low-code
- Unterstützung im und Bearbeitung von Ansätzen für das Wissensmanagement in der Abteilung inkl. Verwaltung und Pflege von relevanten Datensätzen in eigenen Datenbanken
- Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung für Angebote inkl. Verwaltung und Pflege von Daten
- Unterstützung bei der Recherche sowie in quantitativen und qualitativen Analysen in unterschiedlichen Bereichen als Teil des Leistungskatalogs
- Übernahme von weiteren Aufgaben gem. Erfordernis und Auslastung

**Qualification**:

- Höhere Ausbildung (in Ausbildung oder abgeschlossen)
- Erste Berufserfahrung mit Erfahrung im Bereich Informations
- und Datenmanagement
- Erfahrung mit MS365 und darin beinhalteten Apps, bspw. MS office, MS sharepoint
- Erfahrung mit Automation und Programmieren bevorzugt, z.B. MS Excel advanced, MS Access, sowie das Interesse sich diesen Themen zu nähern, z.B. low-code programming, AI, chatGPT, MS Copilot
- Erfahrung in der Visualisierung von Apps, z.B. MS Visio, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite inkl. InDesign, etc.
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Motivation sowie die Fähigkeit alleine und im Team in unterschiedlichen Rollen zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit Aufgabenstellungen zu erarbeiten, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und in einem schnellen Arbeitsumfeld innerhalb Fristen und Abgaben arbeiten zu können
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Mehrsprachigkeit mit Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich, weitere Sprachen bevorzugt
