The Digital Advisory department develops new products and services based on technological trends and supports BRZ's customers in coping with their digital transformation. Within this department, the Digital Government & Innovation department is located. This department advises customers in collaboration with decision-makers and experts on ideation and development of digital strategies, coordinates major digital projects, and supports in change management processes. Complex new technologies are translated into the reality of public administration here.

Your tasks
  • Evaluation of security and privacy challenges in administrative processes
  • Writing security concepts and policies for information security and data protection, among others in compliance with relevant standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR etc.
  • Conducting gap analyses, assessing risks in the field of information security
  • Central point of contact for the client's IT security officer on security and data protection issues
  • Coordinating technical or organizational audits to review and improve the effectiveness of implemented security measures or management processes in consultation with the customer
  • Ongoing contact with the customer to ensure the implementation of agreed IT security services and to monitor and continuously improve service quality
  • Interdepartmental collaboration with Business Partner Management and operational units as well as internal security organization
  • Supporting the Corporate Security department in the company-wide implementation, maintenance, and further development of the Information Security Management System
  • Supporting the design and establishment of Managed Security Services
  • Supporting innovation projects related to security and privacy
You bring along
  • Technical or commercial education (FH/Uni/HTL) or comparable professional experience or knowledge
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of information security, information security management and IT security as well as data protection regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations regarding IT security as well as standards and best practices in IT service management
  • ITIL knowledge and/or ISO 27001 certifications are advantageous
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including understandable communication of complex content desirable
  • Service and customer orientation as well as high self-motivation desirable
  • Basic technical IT knowledge and increased IT affinity are desirable
  • Interest in further development in the field of Cyber Security is advantageous
  • Willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with §55 SPG

Depending on the level of education and relevant professional experience, according to the BRZ collective agreement, an annual target salary of at least EUR 80,684 (all in) is applicable with full fulfillment of the job requirements. Depending on years of professional experience and specific qualifications, overpayment is possible.
