  • You will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of leading companies globally, ensuring their success through evaluating digital capabilities and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Lead small, agile development teams in strategic IT programs, introduce modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and oversee the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
  • Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge IT architectures while leading small teams, drawing on your deep understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market trends like cloud computing and microservices.

This is how you make a difference

  • Hold a degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field with above-average grades.
  • Bring at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in leading project teams with more than three members.
  • Understand that tools like machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are crucial elements of sustainable IT architecture.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methods and tools.
  • Effective communication skills in both German and English within global, interdisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable with travel and thrive in diverse work environments.

Our competitive salary for this role starts at €75,000 per year (all-in) for full-time positions, with the potential for significantly higher compensation based on experience and qualifications, along with attractive benefits.
