We are looking for a committed personality to strengthen our Data Protection & Corporate Records Management team in the Legal and Regulatory department of Axpo in Baden.
With your expertise and commitment, you will support the Group primarily in the areas of data protection, corporate records management and governance.
What you will do:
- You are performing supervisory tasks, handling legal issues and providing support in the areas of data protection, corporate records management and governance
- Comprehensive legal support and participation in Axpo's crosssectional projects with a focus on the implementation of data protection, corporate records management and governance requirements
- You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, regular review and updating of legally relevant documents (e.g. guidelines, directives, policies, guidelines and communications) in the areas of data protection, corporate records management and governance
What you bring and who you are:
- You have a Master's degree in law from a Swiss university and at least two years of professional experience in the areas of data protection, corporate records management and governance, preferably as an in-house legal counsel
- You have experience in participating in corporate projects, primarily in the areas of data protection and records management
- You are motivated to familiarize yourself comprehensively with the energy world and have a good understanding of and interest in technicallegal contexts in data protection and corporate records management
- You have a high level of assertiveness, are a team player and solutionoriented, which is particularly evident in your communicative and serviceoriented manner with internal and external contacts
- Your native language is German and you are fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Our interdisciplinary team in Group Legal Services works on highly topical issues covering the entire energy value chain.
We are in close contact with each other and with our internal and external clients and are closely networked nationally and internationally.
