Requirements:

  • As our Legal Expert you are responsible for the preparation, negotiation and revision of all types of contracts.
  • Legal support for projects, as well as communication with clients and external project partners.
  • You are supporting the internal legal process optimization and coordination.
  • Cooperation with lawyers in terms of labour law, data protection and general contract matters.
  • Data preparation and optimization together with the Business Operations Team.
  • Your are responsible for the data management.
  • You are supporting with the review of legal framework and licensing laws.
  • You have the ability to work on legal topics independently.
  • You have a precise, structured and decisionmaking oriented working attitude.
  • You have a high affinity for IT, Social Media and Marketing law.
  • Very strong handson mentality.
You bring relevant job-experience, preferably in the legal department of a company or legal advisory.

  • You have a university Degree in Law.
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
