**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du steuerst und begleitest die vielfältigen Entwicklungsprojekte bis zur Serieneinführung, in enger Abstimmung mit Kolleginnen/Kollegen aus der Entwicklung.
- Ebenso versiert leitest und koordinierst du die Palfinger interne Abstimmungen mit den projektrelevanten Abteilungen und Produktlinien.
- Termin
- und Ressourcenplanung zählt ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie ein kontinuierliches Projekt-Controlling
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Erreichen der vereinbarten Projektziele
- Auch Projektrisiko
- und Stakeholdermanagement sind in deiner Verantwortung
- Neben der Kommunikation mit den internen Projektteam organisierst du Termine und zeitliche Abläufe mit Systemlieferanten und externen Entwicklungspartnern

**DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Technische Ausbildung (HTL/ FH/ TU) im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement - vorzugweise Entwicklungsbereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools zur Planung von Projekten (MS-Project oder ähnliches)
- Erfahrung in der in Projektleitung von mechatronischen Systemen von Vorteil
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
- Teamplayer mit starker sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
