The Role
Lead and manage all indirect and direct buy with suppliers and Maesa Europe Key stakeholders to deliver optimised cost and service ( regular products & new projects ) to support with efficiency and agility Maesa EMEA sales plan

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts & Price Negotiation, Costs

  • Own & is responsible for contracting & pricing negotiation (New & Existing)
  • Centralize, control & manage price increases from supplier
  • Responsible for total indirect cost and Material cost
  • Active contribution to the annual budget and prices update (regular & projects)
  • Lead value analysis programs

Operational Buying

  • Responsible & Owns Supplier data (Vendors MD, Lead times.)
  • Oversees and Owns the Day to Day buying process (New & Reorder)
  • Manage & Help supplier crisis resolution (Service & cost)
  • Support project Management for all cost & sourcing related issues (Private Label & Own Brands)
  • Priorities Payment management
  • Support the weekly service meeting action plan on the escalated supplier issues
  • Impact supplier strategy and selection according to the above mentioned topics

Strategic buying

  • Responsible and Lead the Supplier strategy
  • Manage and optimize the Supplier complexity
  • In Charge of Supplier choice validation
  • Participate in supplier qualification & assessment
  • Active contribution to the strategic plan with Senior management
