  • Collaborate with a motivated developer team to build scalable automation that caters to a growing number of tenants.
  • Evaluate and integrate new products, primarily within the CNCF space, into the integration platform.
Qualifications
  • Overall Experience and Knowledge: As a future tech lead, you should have experience in establishing and maintaining technical concepts and delivery principles. You should be able to onboard team members into these concepts and ensure the high-quality output of the team.
  • Lead design discussions and govern the delivery of cloud native infrastructure and platform engineering: integration of applications, integration of network, automation of infrastructure scalability including IaC, GitOps, CI/CD topics.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of future solutions including monitoring, security, scalability, networking, automation.
  • Proven track of working with our current stack: Kubernetes, EFK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Service Mesh, Camel-K, API Gateway, SwaggerHub, and Kafka.
  • Proven experience in coding, code refactoring in Terraform, Ansible, and Go programming.
  • Understanding and Support: Ability to understand and support application teams' needs is crucial. Actively seek insights and feedback to enable the platform teams in overcoming their daily challenges.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are vital for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Clear and concise conveying of complex concepts.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, self-responsibility, organizational skills, and coordination abilities create a cohesive and productive team environment.
