YOUR ROLE- Contribute to and handle processes in recruiting, such as creating and posting job ads, initial screening of applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews independently
- Manage open positions and handle applicant management using Henkel's internal recruiting tool
- Engage in Employer Branding activities, including organizing and participating in job fairs, creating social media content on various platforms, and developing concepts to enhance the company's visibility in the region
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as timekeeping and preparing presentations and internal communications
- Ongoing business studies, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management
- Previous experience in HR/Recruiting is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Enjoyment and ideally experience with social media - Excellent German and good English language skills
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking, proactive, and independent approach to work
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
- Part-time internship for 20-25 hours for a minimum of 6 months

- Competitive gross monthly salary of EUR EUR 2.564,- for 38 hours/week, EUR 1.482,- for a mandatory internship of 38 hours/week
