• Implementing the strategic direction and goals of IMC Krems
• Developing internal processes, organizations, and workflows
• Overseeing infrastructure (including security management and energy control)
• Coordinating IT strategy, implementation, data services, and aligning them with educational requirements and digitalization strategy
• Managing environmental sustainability and reporting (mandatory reports) as well as leading the Environmental Sustainability Board
• Operational management of the Research and Innovation Services department and handling operational aspects of research management
• Risk and crisis management
• Implementing national projects for university management
• The position is established as a proxy

• Completed university degree in economics (at least at the master's level)
• 3 years of experience in a leadership position
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Outstanding English and German language skills (written and verbal)

IMC Krems does not fall under a collective agreement. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary starting from €90,000 based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). Depending on professional qualifications and experience, willingness to pay above this amount is possible.
