  • You will join our Product Management Leadership Team to steer product-related strategic initiatives.
  • You will spearhead, plan, and execute highly intricate program-level projects impacting multiple organizational units.
  • You will collaborate with Product Leadership to address market demands and prioritize product roadmaps.
  • You will develop product roadmaps that align with the overarching business strategy, integrating insights from customers and community partners.
  • You will have a unique chance to be part of Dynatrace's Product Management Organization and engage with various departments and solutions to elevate our Product.
  • As you gain product-specific Dynatrace expertise and domain knowledge, you will have the opportunity to assume roles in specific leadership positions. Qualifications

We are seeking adept Leaders in the Product Management field:

  • Over 10 years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
  • More than 7+ years in a (domain) Leadership role, showcasing the ability to lead and steer visions and strategies in a global setting.
  • Entrepreneurial & Growth mindset with a background in establishing and leading businesses in a dynamic and competitive software market.
  • Capability to blend market and business acumen into the product development process to contribute to Dynatrace's objectives and strategies.
  • You possess a keen interest in and knowledge of technical areas such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
  • Highly self-driven, as well as innovative and effective in suggesting & presenting solutions to intricate and unique challenges.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and business concepts clearly in a C-level environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • As per legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this role, which is € per year for full-time positions. However, we offer a higher salary based on qualifications and experience.
