Junior (f/m/x) in Credit Process Service Management (Limited for 2 years):

  • In close collaboration with relevant business and risk stakeholders, this function is actively driving organizational efficiency, digitalization, and transparency in non-retail credit decision process.
The department is also responsible for the implementation and correct:

- calculation of all exposure types and validations used in the decision-making process
- calculation of next step in the credit decision process
- automation of the decision authority calculation
- calculation of the credit policy compliance


Moreover, the department is striving to bring necessary data to support the fast and accurate decision-making process as well as reduce data latency.

Your role at RBI:

  • Monitor the data quality as well as process metrics
  • Support other RBI units with the limit excess analysis and clarifications on the exposure calculations, validations rules, facility matching in timely manner and good quality
  • Support with development solutions to increase efficiency in limit excess analysis
  • User support and help to resolve issues in fast and efficient way
  • Contribute to the grow of the Team maturity and increasing team performance

Your core competencies:

  • You understand the credit process steps and have interest in the credit risk management

  • You like to share knowledge and support others in your team
  • You're fluent in English; German is a plus, but not mandatory
