**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Als Senior Financial Controller (all gender) hast du die operative Verantwortung für den Planungs
- und Budgetierungsprozess
- Du kümmerst dich um die Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse als auch um die Analyse und Auswertung von Umsatz, Deckungsbeiträgen und Kosten
- Für die Geschäftsführung und die operativen Bereiche stellst du fundierte Berichte sowie (Abweichungs-) Analysen bereit und leitest auf Basis dieser Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du bist außerdem für das Client Finance Reporting zuständig um unseren Kunden einen optimalen Service zu bieten
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du Audits und bist du Ansprechperson externer und interner Prüfer:innen
**Dein Profil**:
- Dein Studium im Bereich Controlling oder eine entsprechende kaufmännische Ausbildung hast du erfolgreich absolviert und konntest bereits tiefe Berufserfahrung sammeln
- Du bist ein neugieriger Kopf, der immer wieder Lust hat, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen, gepaart mit sehr gutem analytischem Denkvermögen und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen
- Auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du stets den Überblick
- Neben einer außerordentlichen Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und einem sehr guten Zahlenverständnis, kennst du dich mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel sehr gut aus
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch Proaktivität sowie durch eine ausgesprochene Teamfähigkeit
- Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch deine guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
**Vergütung**:
Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag Werbung und Marktkommunikation. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt richtet sich nach der Verwendungsgruppe 3 im jeweiligen Berufsjahr. Es besteht die klare Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
