Die REWE digital Austria GmbH ist für die Entwicklung und Betreuung der POS Lösungen (Software für bediente Kassen, Self Check Out, Anbindung von Mobile Check Out und Mobile Payment oder die Barzahlung mit Geldgeräten, etc.) für die REWE Group zuständig. Wir sind für den kompletten Softwareentwicklungsprozess von der Beratung und Konzeption bis zur technischen Umsetzung sowie Testing/Qualitätssicherung und Support verantwortlich und arbeiten überwiegend agil.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Verantwortung für den Bereich 3rd Level Support
- Ermittlung der erforderlichen Kompetenzen und fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Umsetzung von strategischen Zielen im Support unter Einbeziehung des Teams
- Identifizierung von Prozessoptimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Koordination und Durchführung von organisatorisch-administrativen Agenden
- Monitoring und Analyse von KPIs, um Trends und weitere Aspekte im Support zu identifizieren und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen
- Management von Feedback zum Support sowie Eskalationen, um eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung für Supportrequests zu gewährleisten

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (HTL, UNI, FH) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner mit ITIL Know-How
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Präsentationsfähigkeit und Organisationskompetenz
- Eigenständige und analytische Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitig hoher Teamfähigkeit sowie Kreativität, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Hohes Maß an Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
