Erste Group's Cyber Defense Center provides security services for Austria and our CEE entities, with a strong focus on protecting data.

We are performing a broad array of security activities and are responsible for maintaining a secure IT landscape, especially in the digital banking area.

    Key Requirements:
  • Educational background, experience or solid overall IT knowledge and understanding
  • Experience or a strong interest in the field of IT security
  • Keen awareness of emerging innovations and trends in the cybersecurity domain
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and technical information
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities to identify and address security issues
  • Excellent English language skills for effective communication within an international team with 20+ nationalities
