What's it all about?

• You gain an overview of all available ideas.
• You design and implement shortterm improvements (quick wins).
• You evaluate the current and future demands of working parents at OMICRON.
• You assess the current and future development of the public offers and detect the missing pieces to complement those offers.
• You work out a mid

- and long-term concept for Childcare at OMICRON.

• You are the project leader of the Childcare project and work in close cooperation with various Central Services teams.
• You take over the administrative lead for the current childcare and develop the offer further.

What are we looking for?

• The childcare with all its aspects (incl. needs of kids, working parents and the organization, pedagogics, laws, taxes) interests you and you are willing to educate yourself on this topic.
• You have already gained experience in leading projects and teams (e.g., as a project leader, team leader).
• You are a good networker and know how to balance interests of multiple stakeholders.
• You are keeping a good overview, but also enjoy diving deep into the details.
• You have a handson mentality and enjoy realizing smaller improvements on your own.
• You have good communication skills in German and ideally English.
